1Introduction

Welcome to mmy app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the mmy app platform, including the website at mmyapp.app and the mmy app mobile application for Android and iOS. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the mmy app platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

mmy app offers online gaming services including Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, and related promotional activities to players in Pakistan. All services are provided in PKR and are designed to be accessed via desktop browser or the mmy app mobile application.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and mmy app.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use mmy app, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mmy app is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under 18, and any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds returned.
• You must be a real person registering on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person, or by automated means, are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• You may only hold one account on mmy app. If you have a previous account that was closed or suspended, you may not open a new one without prior written approval from mmy app support.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with mmy app or a related platform at the time of registration.

mmy app reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or thereafter. This may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification. Account activity may be restricted until verification is complete.

3Account Responsibilities

Your mmy app account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. mmy app will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of the app and browser after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify mmy app support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, until you notify us of a security concern.

mmy app cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4Deposits and Payments

mmy app accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, credit and debit cards, and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account.
• You may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name . Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted.
• mmy app does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank directly.
• Deposits are credited to your mmy app account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, contact our support team with your transaction reference.
• mmy app reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time as part of our verification process.

All deposit transactions are processed over encrypted connections. mmy app does not store your full payment card or wallet credentials on our servers.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Verification includes confirming your identity and payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified payment method registered in your own name.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the relevant bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• mmy app does not charge withdrawal fees. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank Transfer and Raast withdrawals follow standard banking timelines.
• mmy app reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing large withdrawals. This is part of our standard security and anti-fraud procedures and is not intended to cause unnecessary delays.

6Bonuses and Promotions

mmy app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Cricket and PSL specials, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms posted on the relevant promotion page at Promotions.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Some promotions are limited to new registrations; others are available to existing players. The promotion page will make this clear.
• One bonus at a time: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more being voided.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.

7Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on mmy app are subject to these general rules as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing your bet. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets not confirmed due to a technical error or connection issue are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play betting: mmy app offers in-play (live) betting on Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, and other major series — as well as Football and Esports. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of mmy app and may be suspended or delayed during critical match moments.
• Void bets: mmy app reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest error. Affected stakes will be returned to your account balance.
• Match cancellations and postponements: If a match is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed for more than 48 hours, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned, unless individual market rules state otherwise.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply. These are displayed within the betting interface when placing a bet.

8Casino and Games

13Account Suspension and Closure

mmy app reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspicious activity suggesting fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• A chargeback or payment dispute filed against mmy app by the account holder.
• At the account holder's own request.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. In all other cases of closure, your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding checks.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact mmy app support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
