Account & Registration

Creating an account on MMY App is quick and straightforward. Head to the Register page, enter your mobile number or email address, choose a strong password and confirm your details. Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive a verification code on your mobile. Enter that code to activate your account and you're ready to go. The whole process usually takes less than two minutes.

On the Login page, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. A reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Follow the instructions to create a new password. If you don't receive the message within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our support team and we'll sort it out for you.

No. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on MMY App. Operating multiple accounts is against our Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended. If you've accidentally created a duplicate account, please contact support right away and we'll help you consolidate everything safely.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. From there you can update your contact details. For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity before any changes are saved. If you run into any trouble, our 24/7 support team can assist you directly.

Withdrawals

Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours during normal business hours. You'll receive a notification once the funds have been sent.

Yes, a minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed on the Withdrawal page before you submit your request. The minimum is kept reasonable so that players can access their funds without needing to accumulate a large balance first.

Withdrawals may show as pending for a few reasons:
  • Your account verification may not be complete — make sure your identity details are confirmed.
